Zetsee is a business name and operating brand of Machine Learning Edge, Inc., a Texas corporation. Machine Learning Edge, Inc. d/b/a Zetsee operates the Zetsee website and provides Zetsee services, and is the entity responsible for this website, the Zetsee services, customer agreements, data processing, privacy requests, security obligations, and billing, fees, refunds and disputes.

What this site is, and what it is not
This site describes services we offer. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, a guarantee of results, or accounting, tax, legal or audit advice. Figures shown on this site, including benchmark test results, describe past testing or general industry conditions and are not a prediction of what we will recover for you. Every engagement is governed by a separate signed services agreement, and if anything on this site conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.
Using the site
Do not use the site to break the law, to interfere with it or its security, to scrape it in bulk or by automated means without our written permission, to reverse engineer it, or to misrepresent who you are. We may suspend access for any of these.
Booking a call
When you submit a form or book a call you agree that the information you give is accurate and that you are authorised to give it. Booking a call creates no obligation on either side beyond showing up.

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas, and both sides consent to that jurisdiction.
